BREATH- RESTORE-CONNECT with yourself and what is most important to you.
Join us for an in-person Breathwork and Sound Healing experience at the beautiful and tranquil Gray Silo Lavender Farm. You will immerse with a facilitated Conscious Connected breathwork experience while you are guided and supported by a sound experience of natural instrumentation, sound bath and specially procured recorded music.
WHAT TO BRING: Come prepared 15 minutes before the start to claim your spot and ground yourself before we begin. Bring a mat, your favourite blanket, a pillow or yoga bolster for knee support, water and an eye mask if you prefer. Is this your first time? Don't worry you don't need to have any experience, we will walk you through a complete demo and what to expect before we begin our session.
